If a booking is canceled seven or more working days prior to the travel date, the customer will incur no extra costs except for the deposit paid to secure the vehicle. However, customers canceling their journey less than seven working days in advance will only receive a 50% refund of the deposit value. This policy ensures that deposits are used to secure vehicles and prevent opportunities for re-booking from being withdrawn. Alternatively, customers can transfer the full deposit to another date of travel and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid to Busy Bee.

Should these costs result in cancellation, the customer will not be liable for any resulting charges.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the booking confirmation sent to them. This document is also used by our drivers, so any errors should be reported as soon as possible. Requests for amendments to bookings can be made in writing to our logistics team, but must be authorized no later than 24 hours before travel. Verbal amendments will not be considered as confirmation of itinerary changes. Busy Bee reserves the right to charge customers for any necessary changes if deemed necessary.

Complaints

If a customer wishes to lodge a complaint about a booking or trip, they can do so by sending written correspondence via email or through our contact page. Busy Bee will make every effort to assist with complaints during office hours from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Customers must provide the following information in their complaint: booking reference number, full reason for complaint, name and contact details, and vehicle/driver information. Failure to provide these details may result in the dismissal of a complaint, and Busy Bee will not accept any negligent responsibility in such cases.
